Sorry Business holds a deeply personal origin, born from founder Lee Couch’s lived journey through grief and trauma following the tragic loss of her sister to suicide. In First Nations traditions, Sorry Business encompasses the sacred cultural protocols, mourning periods, and communal rituals that honour those who have walked on to the Warrambul (the Milky Way, or Sky Camp). Designed as a sensory coolamon — the traditional vessel once carried across Country to gather restorative bush medicine — this blend creates a compassionate, safe space to hold sadness, shock, and memory with dignity.

The scent offers a gentle, enveloping comfort when words fail. Uplifting notes of rare native Mango Myrtle open the heart and soften acute distress, easing tension held in the nervous system without overwhelming fragile emotions. Australian Sandalwood provides a steadying, ancient warmth, while the rich, resinous of sacred Frankincense Myrtrle cacoons the senses in protective stillness.
